Floor Seat Experience was not well coordinated…

My friend and I had tickets for 120F, Row C, seats 26 and 27. These said East / West Club on them. There is no East / West Club. We go through valet where they questioned the parking we had, even though it was told to us through the box office is was included. We go through security and no one can tell us where to go so they send us to Gila River Club. We have no wristbands and at halftime are told to go to section 105 for Ultra Lounge wristbands. We go to section 105 and they say go to section 115. We go to section 115 and they send us back to section 105. We finally get wristbands into Ultra Lounge but miss the entire second half…. Spent over $1000 for floor seats without clear direction. I know this was the second game of the season and they redid the clubs in the arena, but no excuses…. Suns haven’t done anything to make it right either…..
